Secure Feeling

Your sense of safety and comfort is important to me. I invite you to listen to your body and arrive symptom-free to your session.

If you prefer to wear a mask, you are very welcome to do so at any time.

Before the session, you’ll have the opportunity to wash or disinfect your hands.

Open communication is key: if you feel unwell after our appointment or notice any changes, please get in touch.

Your comfort is essential.
Please speak up at any time if something feels uncomfortable or painful. We can pause or adjust the session whenever needed.

If you’re running late, the session may need to be shortened so that following appointments can start on time.
