There you'll find  a link to every necessary information regarding the session.

You didn't get one? -> Your booking unfortunately was not successful!

Before completing your booking, you’ll find a COMMENTS FIELD.
Feel free to leave me a note if you have any special requests.
And if you’re one of the lucky ones who received a coupon, just let me know there

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot that is no longer available to other clients. I prepare each session individually, and your booking allows me to hold space and time especially for you.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are free of charge.

For late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or missed appointments without notice (no-shows), the following cancellation fees apply, depending on the duration of the session:

60-minute session: €45
90-minute session: €60
120-minute session: €80

This policy applies regardless of the selected price category (Community, Regular or Supporter).
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time, energy and the time of other clients.

Why a cancellation fee?

Short-notice cancellations usually make it impossible to rebook the time slot.
The cancellation fee helps cover the time and preparation reserved for your session.
I aim to keep this policy as fair and humane as possible while supporting the sustainability of my work.

When and how do I pay?

After your session, we’ll briefly check in on how you feel, and then payment will take place. You can pay by card or in cash. I have a card reader on-site – all major cards are accepted.
If you’d like to purchase a personalized coupon, you can do so through my online booking option [here].
