Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot that is no longer available to other clients. I prepare each session individually, and your booking allows me to hold space and time especially for you.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
For late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or missed appointments without notice (no-shows), the following cancellation fees apply, depending on the duration of the session:
60-minute session: €45
90-minute session: €60
120-minute session: €80
This policy applies regardless of the selected price category (Community, Regular or Supporter).

Why a cancellation fee?
Short-notice cancellations usually make it impossible to rebook the time slot.
The cancellation fee helps cover the time and preparation reserved for your session.
I aim to keep this policy as fair and humane as possible while supporting the sustainability of my work.
After your session, we’ll briefly check in on how you feel, and then payment will take place. You can pay by card or in cash. I have a card reader on-site – all major cards are accepted.
